The course focuses on the aspects of team building and teamwork to improve the productivity and efficiency of the development activities. An overview of concurrent engineering and integrated product teams is provided but the emphasis of the course is on exercises designed to enhance the ability of software professionals to work together as a team. Who Should Attend?: This course is designed for systems and software professionals (managers and engineers) interested in improving communications and coordination of engineering activities over the product development life cycle and improving product quality while reducing cycle time and improving productivity.
