Requirements Management (RQM 1.1)

The course focuses on the management of requirements from the start of the proposal activities through the verification testing. Requirements baselines, change control, communication and coordination with the customer are addressed. The course offers a unique solution to achieving customer satisfaction while controlling requirements on the project. The course perspective is from a systems viewpoint with emphasis on the allocation process and tracing through the products.
