James Holden
| James J. Holden, III, Vice President, has more than 25 years of systems and software engineering technical experience and project management experience. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Holden has managed multiple software development projects of more than $25M staffed by more than 100 software engineers. His program management experience includes a $250M air defense system and an electronic scan airborne radar R&D effort. He has performed numerous audits of development efforts identifying critical process improvements.
Mr.
Holden has performed consulting for SEI
CMM®, CMMI® and ISO process definition and
compliance with focus on project planning
and management using comprehensive program
plans that encompass program management,
systems, hardware, software and program
operations.
His areas of expertise include
measures/metrics/statistical process
control, work breakdown structure and
organizational level process definition
for process monitoring and improvement. He was a contributing author to the book Total Quality Management for Software and critical reviewer of the books, Zero Defect Software and Quality Programming. He won 7 awards for engineering achievement and excellence while at Westinghouse. |
