Establishing an Organization's
Standard Process (OSP1.1)
The course describes different approaches and techniques for establishing an organization's standard process consistent with the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Software Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMM®) process areas of Organizational Process Focus and Organizational Process Definition. The formation of a process group in both large and small organizations is discussed as well as the concepts for scaling and tailoring processes to the project specific requirements and scope. These concepts are the cornerstone for achieving a CMMI® Maturity Level 3 rating.

Who Should Attend?:
This course is designed for professionals and senior management interested in establishing a process organization and standard process in order to achieve organizational level process improvement.
Course Instructor(s): Two instructors is provided with at least three (3) years engineering experience and ten (10) years of engineering process improvement experience.
Course Size: Maximum of twenty (20) participants.
Course Length: 16 hours
Course Cost*: $6500 plus travel expenses (two full day sessions)
