The course provides an overview of measures and metrics in industry and the government. The course covers key metrics for estimating and evaluating project progress, human issues related to metrics analysis, and exercises to heighten understanding of metrics in software development.

Who Should Attend?: This course is designed for systems and software professionals, leads and managers interested in understanding how to use metrics to manage software-intensive projects.

Course Instructor(s): One instructor is provided with at least three (3) years systems/software engineering experience and three (3) years of program management experience.

Course Size: Maximum of twenty (20) participants.

Course Length: 8 hours

Course Cost*: $3500 plus travel expenses
