Getting Ready for Appraisal (GRA1.1) The course provides an in depth investigation into the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) appraisal process. Emphasis is placed on the preparation of personnel to successfully answer assessor questions and understand the underlying rationale and objectives of the appraisal process. The course addresses SEI Software CMM Level 2 and Level 3 appraisals and evaluations.
