emphasis is placed on real world experiences as they

included in the course is an in depth investigation into
the CMMI® appraisal process.
Emphasis is placed on the preparation of
personnel to understand the underlying rationale and
objectives of the appraisal process.
The course addresses SCAMPISM, Class
B, and Class C methods and what is most efficient and
cost-effective for your organization to achieve a
successful appraisal.
The course covers the importance of elements
involved in planning for an appraisal (compliance,
objective evidence, etc.), your role during the
appraisal and to interpret the results for optimum
process improvement.
